Consultation
Initial discussions to confirm
that a client’s vision, objective
and budget are aligned with the
Black Gable Design Group, and
to confirm and clarify associated
efforts to complete the project.

Feasibility
Confirm the roles and
responsibilities of all parties
involved in the project. Review
compliance with the requirements
of loact jurisdictions, and feasibility
given the projects specific
parameters.

Documentation
The Black Gable Design Group
will provide a set of documents
describing our system. The client
can use these documents to
coordinate with builders, apply for
permits, and coordinate with other
consultants.

Fabrication
The Black Gable Design Group
requires 4 months from the time of
deposit to fabricate a BGDG system.
During this time the builder should
prepare the site for the delivery of
the BGDG system.

Delivery &
Assembly
The builder assembles the
BGDG System, and
then completes all other aspects
of the construction project
(services, interiors, site work,
etc.)
